My boss is driving me crazy with constant micromanagement. I can't even send an email without them checking it first. I need to find a new job.

I got promoted today! I've been working towards this for 3 years and it finally happened. I'm so proud of myself but also nervous about the new responsibilities.

My coworker keeps taking credit for my work. I don't know how to confront them without creating drama in the office. This is so frustrating.

I work from home and I love it, but I miss the social interaction. I've been thinking about getting a coworking space membership just to see other humans.

I just started my first "real" job after college and I feel so lost. Everyone seems to know what they're doing and I'm just trying to keep up. Is this normal?
